David Moallem is a veteran of the Real Estate industry, with over 36 years of experience. His formal education was in Mathematics and Chemistry and he has received two Masters of Science degrees in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

He is a former CCIM with a concentration in investment Real Estate. David has bought and sold over 10,000 properties. He and his wife, Joan, have three grown children; Sara, Arya and Emily.

His hobbies and interests are varied (other than Real Estate) and include reading about history, scuba diving, driving and model car collecting.

Doughlas M. Setzer has known David and Joan Moallem for over 18 years, and now works with them in the office to help day to day operations. He takes pride in being a loving husband to his wife Missi and father to their two beautiful children and being part of the Brevard County community to which he applies himself as a local Freemason, holding the title of Master of his Masonic Lodge in the year 2016. He is also a member of AZAN Shrine, helping burned and crippled children access healthcare at no charge to them and their families.
